I offer a free introductory session (over the phone or online) where we can get to know each other and I can answer any questions you may have about the coaching process.

Reduced fees - It is important for me that those who are serious about investing in their personal growth but do not currently have the financial means can also benefit from the coaching process. If this is the case please let me know and we will find a solution together.

Sessions can be paid with cash, via bank transfer or over TWINT. Session fees are not covered by the Swiss health insurance.

Sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance with no penalty (24 hours in case of serious sickness or emergency). In case of a shorter term cancellation or arriving late to a session, the full amount for the session will be charged.

How long a coaching process lasts depends on several factors, including the goals set for the coaching and integration into daily life. On average a Life Coaching process spans 10-30 sessions (5-15 sessions for Sexological Bodywork). Typically the sessions take place 2-3 weeks apart. The coaching process may be ended anytime (with advance notice) by both the client or myself. In this case a final wrap-up meeting should be planned as it is vital to the process.
I adhere to confidentiality in my work with clients - that is, I commit to not disclose anything that comes up during sessions or in communication between sessions to a 3rd party without explicit consent from the client.
