Breathwork Encounters is a safe and heart-centered setting in which participants meet each other on a more intimate and deeper level than in everyday life. In these evenings we combine various methods of bodywork and breathwork.

The focus of this workshop is on the human encounter, beyond the mind. By allowing ourselves to meet openly, beyond our concepts and preconceptions, we have the possibility to open doors to encounters which can be deep, alive, creative, and surprising.

As a participant in this workshop you will have the opportunity to meet yourself in a fresh way and experience what it means to connect to another in the intensity of the present moment.

We use various breathing and movement techniques to explore different qualities and colours of connection - bringing our whole body, and not just the mind, into the encounter. And this is when the magic happens. The structure of this workshop allows each participant to find their own rhythm and set their own boundaries according to their individual needs.
